• Make sure you follow all steps of proxy software configuration. Some proxy tools provide monitoring options that help you to detect the problem.
It could be a problem of the proxies you are using as not all proxies hide an IP address. Transparent proxies are not applicable for private surfing as they do not hide an IP address.
