Do you know ...
... Your computer tracks everything you are doing while using the computer or surfing the Internet
... Your online and offline activities are not private as surfing tracks, cache, downloaded files and some identifying data is stored on your computer.
... Some tracks of computer and Internet activity can't be removed manually without special tracks eraser software.
If you don't protect your information, your surfing habits and private information could be tracked and stolen. You may compromise your privacy and even become a victim of identify theft.
Privacy eraser software will keep your private information by deleting information that is collected on your computer while surf the web: a history of the web sites you have visited, images and movies you have seen, files you downloaded, documents and files you have just opened, cookies that web sites store on your computer, emails, passwords and user IDs you use to access various accounts over the web, your credit card number and other confidential information.

Delete Temporary Internet files (cache)
Temporary Internet files (also known as browser cache) store the content of all the web pages you have visited (including pictures, animation, movies, other downloads, etc) during a session. Internet Explorer saves web pages, images from visited web sites into your hard drive whether you click on them or not This speeds up the displaying of pages you frequently visit as a web browser can open them from your hard disk instead of downloading them from the web. But it can seriously compromise your privacy because anyone who can use your PC can tell where you have been on the web.
To delete Temporary Internet files (cache) in Internet Explorer 7.0:
Select "Tools"
Select "Internet Options".

Delete cookies
A cookie is a piece of data which often includes an unique identifier, that is sent to your browser from a web site you visit, stores as a file on your computer, identifies you as a unique user and track your web usage.
However, cookies can threat to your privacy as they can store sensitive information like your name and password on protected login pages, preferences, account information and choices you have made on the site. So, even if you delete browser history, cookies like a map will show your surfing preferences, habits, passwords, etc. Even if the cookies don't contain such information they clearly show that you visited the sites from which they came. Also, in one of their malevolent forms, cookies from one web site might track your visits to a different web site.
To delete cookies in Internet Explorer 7.0:
Select "Tools"
Select "Internet Options".
Open the "General" tab.
In "Browsing history" area click the "Delete" button.
In "Delete browsing history" window click "Delete cookies" button and then click "Yes".

Note: In Internet Explorer even if you delete browser cookies manually, cookies index.dat file stores Internet surfing information. This file can't be deleted manually as it is used by Windows all the time.
Delete index.dat files in Internet Explorer
Browser history is more than just a list of visited web sites. Computer stores multiple records of your Internet history that can't be easily deleted. There are three index.dat files used by Internet Explorer - history index.dat file, cookies index.dat file, cache index.dat file. Index.dat files are used by Internet Explorer to store Internet history, cache, cookies and other information about your Internet activity.
Although index.dat files are useful, they can compromise your privacy as any person who has some knowledge about index.dat files and has access to your computer can see the history of your Internet activities. Index.dat files are system files and they can't be deleted manually as they are used by Windows all the time (index.dat files are locked by Windows). Their content is not deleted even if you clear browser history, cache and cookies. Using ClearAllHistory you can easily delete index.dat files content or delete index.dat files.
