New Features
NEW! To simlify the process of ProxyWay configuration added 'ProxyWay Auto Configuration' option. Using this option you don't need to download proxy lists, check proxies, create services and configure browser settings manually. Proxy Way will do it for you. The only one thing you should do is start surfing.
Now there are no limitations in ProxyWay Pro/Extra trial version for number of threads for proxy checking.

How can I improve proxy checking?
ProxyWay Extra is advanced check proxy software (proxy checker). Using ProxyWay Extra proxy checker module you can:
• Use "Multithread proxy check" option to check up to 10 threads simultaneously: check proxy servers for proxy speed, proxy anonymity, proxy type (HTTP/HTTPS/SOCKS), proxy location (check proxy country/region/state).
• ProxyWay Extra offers three options for HTTP proxy checking:
– to speed up proxy checking added option to check proxy list without detecting proxy geo location;
– check proxy list with detecting proxy country location;
– advanced proxy checking - check proxy list with detecting proxy country and proxy region/state
Note: "detecting proxy country" while proxy checking and "adding proxy country column" while proxy list updating are different independent features. If I use 10 threads to check proxy lists, a lot of proxies are marked as bad. If I use less threads, it doesn't happen. What's the problem?
Most likely the problem is in your Internet connection that doesn't allow to send/receive so many requests simultaneously. You can also increase the timeout for proxy list checking.
In program settings there is a section to check proxy lists with a secure tunnel. What is a tunnel?
"Use proxy tunnel for proxy checking and proxy list updating" option is usually used if ProxyWay is installed on the computer that doesn't have a direct access to the Internet and your software/hardware gateway doesn't support NAT. In this case you need to enter IP and port number of the computer that is used as a gateway. Software on the computer that is used as a gateway must support tunneling. If you have any problems with proxy checking, we recommend you to turn this option off and try again.
When I check proxy list, some proxy servers take too much time for checking and after that they are marked as bad
In program Settings you can decrease timeout for proxy checking. Also you can select only some types of protocols (not all) for checking. It will reduce the time for proxy list check.
