What is Proxy Finder?
Proxy Finder searches for HTTP proxy lists, HTTPS proxy lists and SOCKS (SOCKS4, SOCKS4A, SOCKS5, SOCKS5 with Authentication) proxies lists on the Internet. You should specify proxy web site URL(s) where proxy lists are located and Proxy Finder will automatically find proxy servers information. Then proxy/proxies are added to the program proxy list. Also some proxy finders can check added proxies on fly or by your request. Usually proxies can be checked for proxy state, proxy speed, proxy location and proxy anonymity.
Most proxy finder tools allow you to:

License Agreement
PROXYWAY EXTRA LICENSE AGREEMENT
This ProxyWay Extra License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and ProxyWay.com. Read it carefully before using the Software and related services. By downloading, copying, installing or otherwise using the Software and Services, you confirm your acceptance with the terms of this License Agreement and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to the terms of this License Agreement, do not use the Software and related services in any manner.
1. DEFINITIONS
"Web site" or "We" shall, unless otherwise noted, refer to ProxyWay.com.
"Service" shall refer to the service offered by ProxyWay.com on its web site.
"Software" or "ProxyWay" means only ProxyWay Extra, any associated components and online or electronic documentation.
"Evaluation Software" means a version of the Software meant for reviewing, demonstrating and evaluating of the Software for a limited period of time (10 days). The trial version may have limited features and will cease operating after a trial period.
"You" or "Customer" means the person agreeing to this agreement.
"Activation information" or "Activation key" is a code used for activating the software.
2. RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS
You may not use ProxyWay to:
crash, slow, harm any computer system;
obtain unauthorized access to any computer system;
put to inconvenience or threaten anyone;
send spam (mass emailings), commercial email solicitation or advertisements.
(a) Activated copy.
The Software may be used on a single computer under one OS (Operating System) only. A license for the Software may not be shared, installed or used concurrently on different computers or on the same PC under more than one Operating System. To use the Software on other computers or under more than one Operating System, you need to purchase an additional license for each computer or Operating System.
You may make copies of the Software only for backup purposes.
Any copy must contain all copyright notices.
You agree that ProxyWay.com may audit your use of the Software and services for compliance with these terms at any time, upon reasonable notice.
Your license rights under this License Agreement are non-exclusive.
Certain rights may be available only under a separate agreement.
You may not alter, merge, modify, adapt, decompile or disassemble the Software or create derivative works based upon the Software.
You may not sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software.
In the event that you fail to comply with this License Agreement, ProxyWay.com may terminate the license and you must destroy all copies of the Software and all of its component parts and stop using the related service.
(b) Evaluation copy.
You may use the Software and related Services for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 10 days from the day that you install the Software. If you want to continue using the Software and services after the 10-day evaluation period, you must purchase the Software. Unregistered use of the Software after the 10-day evaluation period is in violation of international copyright laws.
If you have obtained the Software on a trial or evaluation basis, you get temporary, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable and not for resale license for evaluating purposes.
(c) Beta version.
ProxyWay beta version is a pre-release version of the final product release. Beta version is not fully tested and can contain bugs. Beta versions of ProxyWay is available to the general public for beta testing and non-commercial use. ProxyWay.com doesn't provide technical support for beta version.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
This license gives you limited license to use the Software and the related service. ProxyWay.com retains all rights and title, including all copyright and intellectual property rights, in and to, the Software, all its copies, related services and to the content that is not contained in the Software, but may be accessed through use of the Software. This License Agreement grants you no rights to use such content. All rights not specifically granted in this License Agreement are reserved by ProxyWay.com.
4. NO WARRANTY
PROXYWAY.COM HAS MADE NO WARRANTIES TO YOU REGARDING THE SOFTWARE AND RELATED SERVICES AND THE SOFTWARE AND RELATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. PROXYWAY.COM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
PROXYWAY.COM IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORTIOUS ACTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE, INABILITY TO USE, OF THE SOFTWARE AND RELATED SERVICES.
PROXYWAY.COM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE IS ERROR-FREE AND THE SOFTWARE AND SERVICES WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION.
PROXYWAY.COM PROVIDES NO TECHNICAL SUPPORT OR WARRANTIES FOR THE SOFTWARE AND SERVICES.
NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY PROXYWAY.COM, ITS DEALERS, DISTRIBUTORS, AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES SHALL CREATE A WARRANTY OR IN ANY WAY INCREASE THE SCOPE OF ANY WARRANTY PROVIDED HEREIN.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT PROXYWAY.COM WILL BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD-PARTY FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS OR CONFIDENTIAL OR OTHER INFORMATION, FOR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, FOR PERSONAL INJURY, FOR LOSS OF PRIVACY OR OTHER LOSS WHATSOEVER), ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE AND RELATED SERVICES, THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SUPPORT SERVICES, OR OTHERWISE UNDER OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY PROVISION OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT, EVEN IN THE EVENT OF THE FAULT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, BREACH OF CONTRACT OR BREACH OF WARRANTY OF PROXYWAY.COM, AND EVEN IF PROXYWAY.COM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO SIMPLIFY YOUR USING THE SOFTWARE PROXYWAY.COM OFFERS FREE SERVICE FOR PROXY CHECKING ("SERVICE") THAT CAN BE OPTIONALLY SELECTED BY USER. IN NO EVENT PROXYWAY.COM WILL BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD-PARTY FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS OR CONFIDENTIAL OR OTHER INFORMATION, FOR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, FOR PERSONAL INJURY, FOR LOSS OF PRIVACY OR OTHER LOSS WHATSOEVER), ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SERVICE, THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE THIS SERVICE, OR OTHERWISE UNDER OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY PROVISION OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT, EVEN IN THE EVENT OF THE FAULT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, BREACH OF CONTRACT OR BREACH OF WARRANTY OF PROXYWAY.COM, AND EVEN IF PROXYWAY.COM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. PROXYWAY.COM HAS MADE NO WARRANTIES TO YOU REGARDING THIS SERVICE AND THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. YOU AGREE THAT PROXYWAY.COM CAN STOP PROVIDING THE SERVICE AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.
TO SIMPLIFY YOUR USING THE PROGRAM PROXYWAY.COM PROVIDES YOU WITH LISTS OF THIRD-PARTY SITES, WHICH CAN BE IMPORTED TO PROGRAM. THESE THIRD-PARTY SITES ARE OWNED AND OPERATED BY THIRD PARTIES AND THEY ARE NOT UNDER THE CONTROL OF PROXYWAY.COM. PROXYWAY.COM PROVIDES THESE LISTS ONLY FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE, AND THE INCLUSION OF ANY SITE DOES NOT IMPLY THAT PROXYWAY.COM ENDORSES OR ACCEPTS ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE CONTENT OF SUCH THIRD-PARTY SITE, ACCEPTS ITS TERMS OF USE AND PRIVACY POLICY. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT USE OF THIRD-PARTY SITES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK AND THAT PROXYWAY.COM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM USING OR INABILITY TO USE THIRD-PARTY SITES, NOR FOR THE ACCURACY, COPYRIGHT COMPLIANCE, LEGALITY, DECENCY OR OTHER ASPECT OF THIRD-PARTY SITES. UPON USING SUCH THIRD-PARTY SITE IN PROGRAM OR DIRECTLY, YOU MUST REVIEW AND AGREE TO THAT SITE'S TERMS OF USE AND PRIVACY POLICY. YOU SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR READING AND ACCEPTING PRIVACY STATEMENTS AND TERMS OF USE POSTED AT THE RESPECTIVE THIRD-PARTY SITE.
6.RESPONSIBILITIES OF CUSTOMER
You agree to provide complete and accurate information while purchasing, and you agree not to provide any information that is false, misleading or incorrect. You also agree to notify us if any of your information changes. If at any time we have any reason to believe that any of your information is inaccurate, untrue, incomplete or otherwise incorrect, we reserve the right to terminate this License.
You agree that you are responsible for receiving the activation code that will be used to activate your copy of software.
The email containing your activation key is generated automatically, and will be sent to the e-mail address you entered while purchasing. If your email address is not valid you won't receive your activation key. If you are using spam blocking or email filtering, make sure that you can receive the email from  .
You must take every reasonable precaution that no person is able to make unauthorized use of or gain unauthorized access to you Activation information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Activation information and any damages resulting from all uses of your Activation information, whether actually or expressly authorized by you, unless access to your activation information was obtained through no fault or negligence of your own. You agree to notify ProxyWay.com of any unauthorized use of your Activation information. ProxyWay.com will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your Activation information. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by ProxyWay.com or another party due to someone else using your Activation information. You may not use anyone else's Activation information without the permission.
7. FEES, TERMS AND ACTIVATION
After you place an order, you will get an e-mail with Temporary Activation key. YOU MUST ACTIVATE THE PROGRAM WITH TEMPORARY ACTIVATION KEY. Complete Activation key will be sent you within 1-3 business days AFTER PROGRAM TEMPORARY ACTIVATION ONLY.
To activate ProxyWay Extra you need Internet connection as ProxyWay Extra connects to the web server to process on-line activation. While program activation process ProxyWay Extra will send Activation Key, your computer OS information and your IP address (if detectable) to ProxyWay server.
All fees are non-refundable, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement.
8. ACTIVATION INFORMATION
Activation information for ProxyWay Extra is generated based on your system ID (User ID).
If you have activated version of ProxyWay Extra and your system ID (User ID) has changed:
• you reinstall your Operating System (OS);
• you uninstall ProxyWay Extra from one PC and install it on another PC
• or any other reasons
and you need new activation information to re-register your software, you can contact our Customer Service to reset your current activation information and generate activation informaiton for a new UserID but not more than twice every year (every 365 days) from the date of your purchase. If you need to generate more copies of activation information, you should purchase new license.
9. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend and/or terminate this License Agreement without prior notice if we believe that you have violated any term of this License Agreement.
In this case, you must destroy all copies of the Software and all of its component parts and stop using the related service. You agree that such termination will not entitle you to a refund of the purchase price or any other amounts paid under any circumstances whatsoever.
In the event of termination by Customer, the fee paid under this agreement is not available for refund.
10. LANGUAGE
This agreement, all documents relating to this agreement and all information provided by ProxyWay.com shall be in English. We do also provide feedback and send Activation information in English only. All requests written in other languages will be unanswered.
11. GENERAL
This License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and ProxyWay.com. If any provision of this License Agreement shall be held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions of this License Agreement will remain in full force and effect.
WARNING: ProxyWay.com reserves the right to report any unauthorized or fraudulent credit card purchases to collection agents, reporting agencies and law enforcement authorities for investigation, recovery of economic damages, and/or criminal prosecution. Users of unauthorized or fraudulent credit cards hereby consent to ProxyWay.com's disclosure of such user's identity, subscriber information, and scope and content of Internet use to any such third parties. Furthermore, the users of unauthorized or fraudulent credit cards hereby acknowledge and agree that ProxyWay.com will not be responsible for, and is hereby released from, all consequences arising out of further disclosure of such user's information following ProxyWay.com's initial release of such data to any collection agent, reporting agency or law enforcement authority.
