ProxyWay Proxy Finder searches for HTTP proxy lists, HTTPS proxy lists and SOCKS (SOCKS4, SOCKS4A, SOCKS5, SOCKS5 with Authentication) proxies lists on the Internet. Just specify proxy web site URL(s) where proxy lists are located and Proxy Finder will automatically find proxy server information. Proxy/proxies are added to the program proxy list where they can be checked for proxy state, proxy speed, proxy location and proxy anonymity using ProxyWay Proxy Checker module.

Using 'ProxyWay Auto Configuration' option you don't need to download proxy lists, check proxies, create services and configure browser settings manually. ProxyWay Extra will do it for you.

Configure Internet Explorer proxy settings automatically
To configure Internet Explorer to work through proxies (enable proxy settings):
Double-click ProxyWay Extra desktop icon and click Proxy button in the toolbar  .
Select Proxy -> Connections and open Connections folder.
Select Internet Explorer.
Choose the connection(s) you want to configure to work through ProxyWay Extra.

 Note: ProxyWay Extra automatically detects all IE connections each time it starts up. If there are any changes in IE connections while ProxyWay Extra is running, use Detect button to refresh the list of connections.
|

Click Set ProxyWay settings button to configure selected connection(s).
To configure Internet Explorer to work through ProxyWay Extra without using proxies (disable proxy settings):
If you want to surf through ProxyWay Extra without proxies (directly), you can just turn Proxy module off by clicking

Set Proxy Server address - 127.0.0.1, port - 81.
Click 'OK'

Select Tools -> Internet Options.
Select Connections tab.
If you are using LAN, click LAN Settings button.
If you are using Dial-up or Virtual Private Network connection, select necessary connection and click Settings button.
